Jerry is expert at extracting insight from individuals and from sets of facts

He holds a Degree in Industrial Engineering (BS-VPI) and an MBA in Marketing (Loyola College). He served on the faculty of Johns Hopkins University Graduate School of Business, and has been Certified as a Management Consultant and is qualified as a MBTI ® Practitioner for the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the most widely used personality instrument in the world.

An effective situational leader, he utilizes logic and creative problem solving skills combined with cross functional business awareness to produce profitable results.
His experience as an engineer, product manager, marketing manager, general manager, and business developer delivers operational experience to meet internal challenges. He is knowledgeable both domestically and internationally in consumer and industrial marketing channel development. He directed both downsizing & asset sell off and merger & acquisition.
He has led senior management teams and created business strategies for organizations from multi-division corporations to pre-revenue start-ups that include Black & Decker, Hayward Industries, Clairson International and HRP Technology.
He serves part-time as the Executive Director of the Northeastern Maryland Technology Council, guiding their growth during the B.R.A.C realignment process, and holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BS-NJIT), has been certified as a Professional Engineer, and earned an MBA in Marketing (Loyola College). He is the holder of multiple patents and inventor
